Saraswati Joshi (Mahima Chaudhury) his tenant resides in the house with her mother, sister and brother.
 
Dayashankar wants the house vacated. When the Joshi family refuses to leave, he asks his friend O P Yadav (Paresh Rawal), who is a cop, to help him. Yadav goes to the house determined to help his friend but his intentions change when he sees Saraswati and falls for her...
