Madhu, Shamser's daughter falls in love with Surajbhan's son Raja, unaware of the existing enmity between the two familie. Raja though, is in love with a village belle, Pallavi. 

Meanwhile Shamser and Surajbhan clear all misunderstanding. They want Raja and Madhu to tie the knot but when learn about Raja's love for Pallavi and intention of marrying her, they receive a rude shock, so does Madhu. Shamser swears to revenge this insult. Pallavi has to undergo a lot of pain and torture. Thus begins the struggle, the battle for love in the cross-fire of hate. To be witness to it, you will have to view "Sangram".
